World Record Videos

When I was just starting as a runner. I craved for books that talk about the exploits of the international runners, and TV documentaries that will show how they won their gold medals and achieve their world records. However, few books carry those stories and TV documentaries of those kind are only aired during Olympic years.

To help quench the thirst for information of our athletes of today, I have provided the links below of the world record performances from 100 meters to the 10,000 meters from 1975 to present:

I’m still more impressed with Seb Coe’s 1:41.73 than either of Kipketer’s records.
    1. Coe set his record without help of a rabbit
    2. Coe had to swing wide on the 3rd turn to get past another runner
