    oh thats great! pretty strong considering how long you’ve been off…keep it up! 🙂 i suggest you do weights training for your core and upper body and legs, and bounding drills. 🙂 since weights and drills can really help improve your all around strength, conditioning and stature in running 🙂

    i’m curious, what are your times now? im sure you’ve been joining road races. do you still workout?

    • @lawrence: Yes been working out for the last 8 months, though my first 2 months back was concentrated on weight loss and leg strengthening as my knees were so painful everytime I tried running… my 3k time now is 15:07 (time trial this month at ultra) and my 5k is 26:11 (11/22 botak paabilisan). still a lot of catching up…my season will end on may 30…will target a sub 24 for 5k and sub 14 for 3k by then….
